RPS Group to invest Rs 600 crore to build World Trade Centre in Faridabad

The upcoming WTC Faridabad will be spread across 7.58 acres and will have a total leasable, saleable area of one million sq. ft. that would be spread across 4 towers.

Driving land engineer RPS Gathering intends to contribute around Rs 600 crore to lay out the World Exchange Place Faridabad, Haryana.

The Gathering has restricted with foundation bunch Viridian RED for this reason. Situated at Sector 27C (contiguous Badarpur Line), considered entryway of Faridabad, the impending Scene Exchange Center (WTC) Faridabad will be spread across 7.58 sections of land. It will have a complete leasable/saleable area of 1,000,000 sq. ft. that would be spread across 4 pinnacles.

In order to build the World Trade Center in Faridabad,

we have partnered with the Viridian Group. The partnership will be crucial in supporting the city’s position as an up-and-coming business destination in the nation. The city is a significant industrial centre in the NCR region.

According to Suren Goyal,

Viridian RED is a big supporter of sustainable development and has constructed or is actively developing 20 million square feet of commercial offices, hotels, and residential units. By bringing the enormous potential of the World Trade Center to all of India, it is creating new standards. It has already devised a strategic roadmap for a thorough deployment of WTCs across India and ASEAN and has also identified significant commercial hubs that will be critical development drivers.

According to the terms of the partnership between the RPS Group and Viridian RED, the RPS Group will pay for the land and construction of WTC Faridabad, while Viridian RED will be in charge of sales, leasing, and post-sales services. In addition to the future World Trade Center, RPS Group is also working on another business venture nearby.

The RPS Group has established itself as a household name in Faridabad since its founding in 2006. The company has completed more than 9 million square feet of work, including 4324 dwelling units. And it expects to complete 1.3 million square feet of work in Faridabad in the upcoming year. Additionally, it aims to produce more than 3 million square feet over the next three years.
